Eating healthy and bringing innovations to the market is the main reason why Agata Çetta, Elizabeta Oroshi and Ariana Vala Kurteshi decided to enter into partnerships and start this healthy business.
With own forces
However these three female entrepreneurs have not participated in any training about how to write and prepare a business plan, or how to properly organize their partnership. Before starting this business they have moslty received advices from other women entrepreneurs. “We started with our own forces and we spoke with some women who have had their own businesses and they have given us encouragement and support,” says Agata, adding that now they are planning to expand the supply of organic products in their shop.
“Health has been the first reason why we started this business, to offer to the consumers something that was qualitative but also beautifully presented thus not only healthy but also prepared and presented in a nicer way”, she says while adding that the three partners being from different professional bacgrounds they complement each other. “Ariana has experience wth bio products, Elizabeth is an economist, and I am a designer and this is why we function well,” says Agata.
After numerous discussions in early January 2012 Agata, Elizabeth and Ariana have finalized the idea and started to search for organic products.
“For start the business is very good, people in Kosovo haveacceptes this as an idea that was missing in the Kosovo market. It has made an sensation”, says Çetta who works as a designer at the Kosovo Post-Telecom. These three female entrepreneurs together with their assistant Daniela Çoça provide also information about how the productsthey sell coud be combined for a better health and a balanced nutrition. They refresh every day their Facebook page with information about products they trade.
