Kosovo women who would like to start their own businesses but that lack motivation and inspiration to do it can improve their communication and business skills if they attend the “Motivational Speech training” organized by Kosovo Association of Information and Communication Technology (STIKK), partner of Wominnovation Kosovo.
A training/activity that focusses on helping potential female entrepreneurs to have more faith in their personal skills is a must have according to STIKK.

The skills gap analysis conducted by STIKK has shown that many young people who have concluded their studies in ICT mainly lack communication skills. Motivational speech is a great benefit for women interested in updating their presence in business.

The trainer that will help potential businesswomen in building self-esteem and encouraging them for new ideas is Vjollca Çavolli – executive director of STIKK. This training is dedicated mainly to women in ICT sector and to those females that want to be become business leaders.
